Vero Health came to Soar Agency with a mobile app that collected rich wearable data but couldn't translate it into clear daily actions. Users were overwhelmed, insights got buried, retention dropped—and the product was no longer scaling as a reliable health tracking system.

The Challenge
Vero Health needed to streamline how ring data moved from device to mobile app and analytics dashboard. Manual checks, fragmented systems, and slow releases were killing control and scalability. The task was to unify the platform, speed up decisions, and cut operational overhead.
The Solution
Soar Agency kicked off with usage and churn analysis, then mapped out the full ring-to-app data flow. We rebuilt key user journeys and validated the analytics pipeline. Most of our time went into logic and architecture unifying tracking, alerts, and dashboards before moving into final UI and QA.
The Result
After launch, activation and retention climbed while time-to-insight dropped by around 30%. Support tickets decreased, improving LTV and release stability. The platform now gives Vero Health clearer control and transparency users finally understand and act on their data.
